  • Identification Information: Name, passport number, photograph, Social Security Number (SSN), date of birth, nationality.
  • Employment and Visa Data: Job application history, job offers, employer communications, wage details, DOL certification information, visa status, consular appointment history.
  • Location Data: If enabled, we may collect real-time or background location data to support 
interview logistics, visa coordination, or worker safety.
  • Device and Usage Data: IP address, browser type, operating system, mobile identifiers, and 
activity logs.
  • Emergency Contacts: You may provide names and contact information for emergency 
contacts or references.
2. How We Use Your Information

We use the collected data to:

  • Facilitate job matching, visa application processing, and communication with certified 
employers.
  • Generate and submit DS-160 forms and coordinate interview logistics.
  • Provide customer service and improve Platform functionality.
  • Comply with applicable laws and respond to legal requests.
  • Enhance user experience and monitor usage trends and Platform performance.
  • Ensure worker safety and compliance with H-2 program requirements.
3. Sharing of Personal Information

We may share your information with:

  • U.S. government entities such as the Department of Labor and Department of State as 
required for visa processing.
  • Certified employers and agents for the purposes of hiring, compliance, and job matching.
  • Authorized service providers, including secure hosting, email, communication, and analytics 
partners.

4. Location and Background Data

If you enable location tracking, we may:

We use third-party vendors to facilitate payments, email communication, and analytics. These providers are required to handle data in compliance with this policy. By submitting payment through a third-party processor, you agree to that provider’s privacy terms.

10.Children’s Privacy

Zipmi is not intended for individuals under the age of 18. We do not knowingly collect information from children under 18. If we discover such data, we will delete it promptly.

11.Business Transfers

If ZipVisa is involved in a merger, acquisition, or asset sale, your information may be transferred. We will notify you of any such change in control.

Zipmi Platform:

business affiliation.
  • Certification and Compliance Information: Copies of Department of Labor certifications, employer 
registration details, and uploaded job offers.
  • Platform Usage Data: Activity logs, IP addresses, access times, and communication logs with 
workers.
  • Location Data (if applicable): When agents or employers opt into location-enabled features for 
scheduling or travel logistics.
15. Use of Employer and Agent Information

We use this information to:

  • Verify eligibility and compliance with H-2 program requirements.
  • Enable job posting, candidate matching, and interview coordination.
  • Communicate with workers and other authorized parties.
  • Monitor and improve Platform performance.
  • Maintain records for legal compliance and auditing.
16. Sharing of Employer and Agent Information

We may share employer and agent data with:

  • Workers applying to job postings.

  • Service providers that help us operate and secure the Platform.

We do not sell employer or agent data to third parties.

17. Employer and Agent Rights and Responsibilities

Employers and agents have the right to:

Employers and agents are responsible for:

  • Providing accurate and lawful job postings and documentation.
  • Ensuring compliance with labor, immigration, and privacy laws.
  • Not using worker data outside the authorized scope of the Platform
